Please read these Terms of Service carefully („Terms”, „Terms and Conditions”) before using Jofibo (the „Website”, the „Software”, the „Service”).
Your access to and use of Jofibo is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms of Service. The Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use Jofibo.
By accessing or using Jofibo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to change this Website and these Terms at any time. If you are unwilling to be bound by these Terms‚ we kindly ask you not to browse, access‚ use or sign up to Jofibo.

Jofibo makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Jofibo does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet Website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

1. Jofibo Content
All information and intellectual property including (but not limited to) content, operations, functionality, software, blogs, guides, articles, reviews, photographs, images, illustrations, video, source and object code, data, and all other matters related to Jofibo, is protected under applicable copyrights and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights and are the intellectual property of Jofibo. Including, without limitation, the selection and arrangement of the aforementioned and the „look and feel” of Jofibo (collectively, the „Content”).
By accepting these terms you also acknowledge that it is strictly forbidden to frame or utilize framing techniques involving any trademark, logo, copyrighted material or any other proprietary information belonging to Jofibo (including images, texts, page layout, or form). To do so would require the express written consent from a person from Jofibo with authority to grant such consent. Additionally, you agree that you will not manipulate any content of Jofibo’s in any way that affects the user’s experience. This includes, but is not limited to, decompiling, reverse engineering, or disassemblement of any software or other products accessible through Jofibo. You agree to not insert any code or product, not to use data mining, data gathering or extraction methods in connection with your use of Jofibo.
Jofibo respects the intellectual property rights of others. Thus, if you are aware of any material or content on Jofibo that might constitute copyright infringement, please contact us immediately.
Any information that is available on Jofibo is for general information purposes. As such, we do not guarantee any full completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability concerning the information. Using the available information, and relying on it, is strictly at your own risk. We do strive to always keep the information up-to-date and correct but offer no guarantees.
2. Use licence
The age limit to use Jofibo and Jofibo’s services is 18 years of age.
This license grants the user permission to download and temporarily hold one copy of materials (information or software) from Jofibo’s website. The downloaded materials is for personal, non-commercial viewing only.
This is solely a matter of a grant of a license and not a transfer of title. Under this license you may not:
- Use Jofibo in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to Jofibo or impairment of the availability or accessibility of Jofibo, or in any way which is illegal, fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful, or in connection with any illegal, fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful purposes or activity
- Copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish or distribute any material which consists of, or is linked to any malicious computer software
- Use Jofibo in a way that does not respect the copyright and proprietary rights of other individuals or companies / organizations
- Conduct any systematic or automated data collection activities (including without limitation scraping, data mining, data extraction and data harvesting) on or concerning Jofibo without written consent from an authorized person from Jofibo
- Use Jofibo to transmit or send unsolicited commercial communications
- Use Jofibo for any purposes related to marketing without an authorized person's express written consent from Jofibo
- Use Jofibo in order to create a resume, cover letter, online portfolio for a third party since all the documents include personal information unless you are using an explicit Business account, which is different from the regular user account and the regular premium account. Jofibo was developed for helping individual persons take their next career step. You must not sell/trade the layout or documents from/generated by Jofibo to any third party. For B2B (as „Business to Business”) services there are other „Terms of Service” and „Privacy Policy” that must be accepted
3. Security
At Jofibo we take the matter of security very seriously. For that reason, Jofibo has implemented commercially reasonable technical and organizational security measures that aim to secure your private information and data from any loss, and unauthorized access, use alteration or disclosure be it accidental or intentional. However, we do not offer any guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to break through those measures or use your private information for improper purposes.
4. Links
Jofibo and any related communication may contain links to third-party software, websites, or services. These are in no way controlled or owned by Jofibo. Thus, Jofibo does not assume control or responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party software, website, or service.
In addition to this you acknowledge and agree that Jofibo will not be held neither directly nor indirectly responsible for any damage or loss caused by, or in connection with, the use of or reliance on any such third-party content, goods, or services available on or through either, but not not limited to, software, websites, or services outside of Jofibo’s control.
Any dealings with, or participation in promotions of, third-party advertisers found on Jofibo, are solely a matter between you and such advertisers. This includes payment and delivery of goods, and any other legal terms such as, but not limited to, warranties. By agreeing to these Terms you agree that Jofibo will not be held responsible for any loss or damage that might occur in relation to your dealings with such advertisers.
In addition, Jofibo cannot be held responsible for anything that might affect or interfere with Jofibo’s data that happens as a result of malicious software, virus, or anything similar. This includes any corrupt data you might click on that as an effect puts your information at risk.
We strongly advise you to read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policies of any third-party website, software, or service you visit.
5. Feedback
You may have, or be offered, the ability to submit questions, comments, suggestions, reviews, ideas, or creative materials and other information regarding our website, us and our products, or services. This is to be viewed as separate and apart from Jofibo content and will be known collectively as Feedback. When you accept our Terms you agree that Feedback is non-confidential and shall become Jofibo’s sole property to be used as we see fit. This includes, but is not limited to, commercial use and will not require acknowledgement or compensation to you. We shall own exclusive rights to your Feedback, including all intellectual property rights, and shall be entitled to the unrestricted use and dissemination of the Feedback.
6. Warranty
By accepting Jofibo’s Terms of Service you understand and agree that the Service provided by us is “as is” and “as available” without any representations or warranties, neither express nor implied. This means that Jofibo does not warrant, or guarantee, that:
- Jofibo will be available at all times, or available at all
- Information found on Jofibo is accurate, complete, true, or non-misleading Jofibo will be able to meet your requirements
- Jofibo or its services will be available at any particular time or location in a secure manner and without interruptions
- Jofibo will be active and available 24/7
- Your provided information and data will never be lost and that you will have access to your account at all times
- Your data and information on your account will be saved all the time
We also reserve the right to change, edit, or update the design and structure of all our resume templates, CV templates, cover letter templates, and all other services when they can be improved. These changes will be made when we see a benefit for you the user and will be made according to our users’ Feedback, research, and consulting with HR and recruiting experts.
7. Premium Account
After upgrading to a premium account, a receipt will be sent to the email address provided when you set up your account, within 48 hours of making the purchase. If you have not received your receipt within 48 hours, please check your spam or junk email folder before contacting us. It is your responsibility to ensure that your email is set up to allow you to receive any emails from us, and we cannot accept any liability for any consequences of you not doing so.
You will not be entitled to any refunds of the service provided since most of the premium features and benefits on Jofibo can be tested for free beforehand. If you should experience any problems, and you as a result are not happy with the services provided, please reach out to us at info@jofibo.com. We will get back to you on how we can resolve your case.
In the unlikely event that your premium account is not activated upon purchase, please get in touch with us at info@jofibo.com for further investigation. Should we encounter any problems caused by our part a compensation or refund will be made possible.
When you upgrade to a premium account you agree to enter into a monthly subscription. At your premium upgrade purchase date, we will extend your access by the number of days per month in question ranging between 28 to 31, depending on the particular month.
E.g. If you upgrade to premium at the 15th, then we will auto renew your subscription again the following month on the 15th.
The subscription will renew automatically at this date each month, until cancelled. There's no lock in period, you can cancel at any time.
If a user misuses Jofibo or does any intentional harmful or malicious activities, we reserve the right to delete the premium account in question.
We always use an SSL certificate when dealing with your private details between you and the server resulting in encrypted communication at all times.
Many things can affect the price of our Service. We reserve the right at all times to change the price when introducing new promotions, new features and benefits, special packages or when changes in VAT or in any external factor such as inflation/deflation occur.
We only accept valid credit cards or other alternative payment methods accepted by us. When completing your order, you acknowledge and warrant that you are authorized to use the credit card in use and that you authorize us to charge the billable amount (including taxes, credit card fees, and any other amounts specified on the Website) to that card or other method. If we are unable to verify your credit card or other way of payment, or of it is invalid, or not otherwise acceptable, we may suspend or cancel your order automatically.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in agreement with the laws of Denmark and the European Union. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
9. Changes
We may change our Terms now and then. In these cases we will make sure to inform you of the changes in a timely manner. This could be either by displaying a notice within Jofibo or by sending you an email. In some cases we will let you know about the changes in advance. It is up to you to stay updated on our Terms so make sure you read any such notice carefully and in depth.
10. Breach of Terms of Service
If you breach or otherwise violate our Terms of Service we may take action such as we, Jofibo, see fit. This includes suspending your access to Jofibo, prohibiting you from accessing Jofibo, blocking your IP address, contacting your internet service provider to ask them to block your access to Jofibo and/or initiate court proceedings against you.
11. Termination
If you breach our Terms of Service we reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Jofibo with no prior notice or liability. This applies to both Freemium and Premium users when we consider it justified. In case of termination all provisions of the Terms shall continue. This includes, but is not limited to, ownership, provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
We reserve the right to delete an account if we detect any signs of suspicious, unusual, or harmful activities which could potentially create a danger for Jofibo and its users.
