Al information og intellektuel ejendom inklusive (men ikke begrænset til) indhold, drift, funktionalitet, software, blogs, guider, artikler, anmeldelser, fotografier, billeder, illustrationer, video, kilde- og objektkode, data og alle andre forhold relateret til Jofibo , er beskyttet under gældende ophavsrettigheder og andre ejendomsrettigheder (herunder men ikke begrænset til intellektuel ejendomsret) og er Jofibos intellektuelle ejendom. Herunder, uden begrænsning, udvalget og rækkefølgen af ovennævnte og Jofibos unikke brand, design og indhold (samlet set "Indholdet").
Ved at acceptere disse vilkår anerkender du også, at det er strengt forbudt at indramme eller bruge indramningsteknikker, der involverer ethvert varemærke, logo, ophavsretligt beskyttet materiale eller enhver anden ejendomsbeskyttet information, der tilhører Jofibo (herunder billeder, tekster, sidelayout eller form). Aldersgrænsen for at bruge Jofibo og Jofibos tjenester er 18 år.
Denne licens giver brugeren tilladelse til at downloade og midlertidigt opbevare én kopi af materialer (information eller software) fra Jofibos hjemmeside. De downloadede materialer er kun til personlig, ikke-kommerciel visning.

- Bruge Jofibo til at transmittere eller sende uopfordret kommerciel kommunikation
- Bruge Jofibo til formål relateret til markedsføring af nogen art uden en autoriseret person fra Jofibo udtrykkeligt og på skrift har givet samtykke hertil
- Bruge Jofibo til at lave CV, ansøgning, online portfolio til en tredjepart da alle dokumenter indeholder personlige oplysninger. Jofibo er udviklet til at hjælpe individuelle personer med at tage deres næste karriereskridt. Du må ikke sælge/forhandle layoutet eller dokumenterne fra/genereret af Jofibo til nogen tredjepart. For B2B (som "Business to Business") tjenester er der andre "Servicevilkår" og "Privatlivspolitikker", der skal accepteres
3. Sikkerhed
Hos Jofibo tager vi sikkerhed meget alvorligt. Derfor har Jofibo implementeret kommercielt rimelige tekniske og organisatoriske sikkerhedsforanstaltninger, der har til formål at sikre dine private informationer og data mod tab, uautoriseret adgang, ændringer og videregivelse uanset om det er tilsigtet eller utilsigtet. Dog yder vi ingen garantier for, at tredjeparter aldrig nogensinde er i stand til at bryde igennem disse sikkerhedsforanstaltninger eller kan bruge dine private informationer til upassende formål.

Vi forbeholder os også retten til at ændre, redigere eller opdatere designet og strukturen af alle vores CV-skabeloner, ansøgningsskabeloner og alle andre tjenester, når de kan forbedres. Disse ændringer vil blive foretaget, når vi ser en fordel for dig som bruger, og vil blive foretaget i henhold til vores brugeres feedback, research og rådgivning med HR- og rekrutteringseksperter.
7. Opbevaring af data
Vi opbevarer dine data så længe du har en bruger på platformen, og sletter data permanent senest 12 måneder efter deaktivering af brugerprofilen.
Hvis en bruger misbruger Jofibo eller bevidst udfører skadelige eller ondsindede aktiviteter, forbeholder vi os retten til at slette den pågældendes konto.
Vi bruger altid et SSL-certifikat, når vi behandler dine private oplysninger mellem dig og serveren, hvilket til enhver tid resulterer i krypteret kommunikation.
8. Gældende lovgivning
Disse vilkår skal reguleres og fortolkes i overensstemmelse med lovgivningen i Danmark og Den Europæiske Union. Vores manglende håndhævelse af nogen rettighed eller bestemmelse i disse vilkår vil ikke blive betragtet som et afkald på disse rettigheder. Hvis en bestemmelse i disse vilkår anses for at være ugyldig eller ikke kan håndhæves af en domstol, vil de resterende bestemmelser i disse vilkår forblive i kraft.

10. Brud på servicevilkår

Dette omfatter suspendering af din adgang til Jofibo, forbud mod at få adgang til Jofibo, blokering af din IP-adresse, kontakt til din internetudbyder for at bede dem om at blokere din adgang til Jofibo.
11. Termination af konto
Hvis du overtræder vores Servicevilkår, forbeholder vi os retten til at afslutte eller suspendere din adgang til Jofibo uden forudgående varsel eller ansvar.

This Privacy Policy will help you understand, which personal information we gather, why we gather this information and how we use them. If you choose to do so, we collect certain information about your social networking account for the purposes described under “Why do we gather your personal information”. We collect only such personal information as is necessary to perform the services you request by logging in to your social media account.
Please note that this Privacy Policy does not apply when you use the features of your social media account. Instead, your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy and other policies of the companies that provide the services.

- While ensuring the safety of your data, Jofibo may link the personal data we have collected about you through multiple channels: the use of our website/apps, newsletter subscription, name, e-mail, city, country and information using cookies from 3rd parties (data from 3rd parties does not contain information about you as an individual, but the overall audience) concerning your interests, demographics, preferences (e.g. age group, academic background, job preferences.). The purpose for this is to perform general marketing research including customer analysis and customer segmentation and statistics. Furthermore, we may use the information to evaluate and assess your interests and preferences, in order to personalize your job seeking/career orientation and website/apps experiences and optimizing the service you receive from Jofibo.
- If you have signed up to receive newsletters, Jofibo will also use your personal data in order to adapt the content of newsletters to better suit your interests and to provide you with personalized offerings.
D.We may also process your personal information if it is necessary for us to comply with a legal obligation or decision of an authority.
What legal basis in GDPR is the processing of your personal data based on?
The processing of your personal information for the purposes described below:

The partners, sponsors and advertisers
We can share your personal information with our collaborators and sponsors when you participate in surveys and competitions through Jofibo.com. In addition, we may also share your personal information with our collaborators and advertisers, but only after you have requested it or assent that you have consented to it.
As described, we may also use aggregated information to monitor the use of our services in order to help us improve and develop our services, and we may make such aggregated information available to third parties, such as, content partners or advertisers. Aggregated information does not include personal information and can’t be linked to you.

How do we protect your personal information?
Protecting your personal information is important to us. All personal information you provide us is stored on secure servers and we have strict procedures to protect against loss, abuse, unauthorized access, change, disclosure or destruction of your personal information. Any payment transactions will be encrypted by industry standard technology and subject to PCI security standards.
While we work hard to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee that our security measures prevent any unauthorized attempts to access, use or disclose personal information. However, we maintain safety and incident plans, including plans for handling any breach of data security, in case of a physical or technical incident to handle this in a timely fashion and limit any adverse effect of such an incident.
